Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries worldwide, using carrier, USPS/FedEx for all domestic and international packages.

We will ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS/FedEx to the local carrier in your country or region, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, custom or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST, USA.

Please note our cut off time for orders daily is 9:00 AM PST, USA.  We do not process orders during the weekend or holidays.

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.  After that your delivery time within the United States is 2-6 business days and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during the holidays, this time frame may vary.
